Eating s'mores by the campfire are an integral part of my summer camp recipes.  Prepared over an open flame, this camping favorite is great for the holidays, too.  Just combine three bite-size ingredients, gluten free graham crackers, milk chocolate and marshmallow, and apply heat.  Follow my easy recipe for Gluten Free Graham Cracker Cookies with Blends by Orly London Blend to make your own delicious gluten free graham crackers for s'mores.  

Orly's Gluten Free Campfire S'Mores

Ingredients:
12 graham cracker cookies
2 milk chocolate bars, the kind that can be broken into squares
6 marshmallows

Method 1:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Lay 6 graham crackers on a cookie sheet. Top with chocolate pieces to cover.  Place a marshmallow on top of each graham cracker. 
Bake until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining graham crackers, pressing down slightly to make a sandwich. Serve immediately, while still warm.

Method 2:

Heat the marshmallow over an open flame until it begins to brown and melt.Sandwich the chocolate between two graham crackers and the hot marshmallow. Allow the marshmallow to cool a moment before eating.
