Gluten Free Traditional Oven-Baked Stuffing

Orly the Baker's father makes gluten free Thanksgiving stuffing with Blends By Orly Manhattan Blend. This is his first time making Thanksgiving stuffing and his third time baking anything ever!

Ingredients:
8 cups gluten free bread cubes, unseasoned
1 medium onion, diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1⁄2 cup fresh parsley, diced
1⁄4cup butter or margarine, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
1 cup milk
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

Mix: onion, celery, parsley, melted butter, egg and chicken seasoning in a large bowl and stir.  Add gluten free bread cubes and stir with a spoon to evenly distribute the mixture.  You can use any old bread made with Blends by Orly Manhattan Blend or Tuscany Blend.  Slowly drizzle milk over bread while stirring until bread cubes are moist but not soggy. Stir in salt and pepper.

Bake: Pour in a greased casserole dish or Pyrex bowl. (A 9x14" baking dish will do in a pinch).  Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until bread cubes on top are crispy.
